The official Skulls of the Shogun website has just linked a couple of very interesting videos from E3. First off, there is some new footage from the Windows Phone version! The game is supposed to be pretty much identical on all platforms, but there are obviously some differences, such as smaller source art, graphical performance tweaks and touch controls, as seen here:

Blugri announces things, including Kanji mode for Sudoku
Blugri, the developer of the app Sudoku, has come out with a new press release, announcing some slightly interesting things:
First off, Sudoku has been updated with the new “Kanji mode”, which allows players to play sudoku with kanji instead of the usual Arabic numbers. For those unaware, kanji is that intimidatingly complex looking Japanese writing script, originating from Chinese characters. One of the major hurdles in learning Japanese is getting to know all the common kanji—a task that might get a tiny bit easier with this new Sudoku update! You’ll learn numbers 1-9 in no time!
In another news, Blugri’s Boxes is among the finalists to win the App of the Year 2012 award, by MobileRevolution.be. Boxes is basically one of those Tetris-variation games, which isn’t really inherently a bad thing. Some features, like accelerometer control, sound quite nice. There’s just something about human psyche that really enjoys organizing falling blocks.
Check out the full press release and Sudoku introduction video after the jump.
