The Windows 8 release preview is available to download on 14 supported languages. It’s the final pre-release version of the new operating system and a good chance to check out what’s coming.
If you’re already familiar with the Consumer Preview-version, you can expect quite a few improvements, including better performance, more features and new apps.
It’s interesting to see, how desktop Windows is slowly morphing to match Windows Phone. Seeing as how much the operating systems are connected, Windows 8 Release Preview should also give you a sneak peek at the future of Windows Phone.
